Not every property is an Eliason property. In fact, we inspect thousands of potential commercial real estate investments every year, but only about one percent makes the Eliason cut. And they only do so when what we see on paper measures up to what we see in person.
What are we looking for? Investments that are
- Class A and Quality Class B multifamily
- Between $15 million to $60 million
- Primarily located in the sunbelt, southeast, mid-Atlantic and Midwest markets
How do we find them? Our real estate investment team
- Scours the nation for markets that have an active commercial sector, vibrant cultural and retail offerings, and illustrate strong economic and population growth
- Visits the potential markets to examine, first-hand, the submarkets and neighborhoods
- Identifies a specific property that meets our stringent historical, financial, physical and surrounding market conditions criteria
