New Position to Address Demand in the Northeast Region

ST. GERMAIN, WI (March 4, 2008) – Russ Mewha has joined Eliason 1031 Properties, one of the nation's premier Tenant-in-Common (TIC) sponsors, as Regional Vice President of Sales – Northeast. "Russ has significant experience in the real estate investment industry that will be of great benefit to the growing audience of TIC investors, broker-dealers and registered representatives in this region," explains John M. As Regional Vice President of Sales, Mewha will maintain and expand existing relationships with registered representatives and look to develop new ones for this expanding regional market. He will work directly with broker-dealers and registered representatives concerning Eliason investment options available across the nation, and help them maximize their sales efforts.

Mewha is based in the Detroit area and will cover the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic regions along with Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.
