Current responsibilities. Negotiate legal terms and closings on Eliason real estate transactions; oversee legal and regulatory compliance matters, investment structures, tax issues, and 1031 Exchanges.

Professional experience. Strong background in senior level legal management of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, mergers, state and federal securities law compliance, and real estate and construction law matters including 1031 Exchanges and a private REIT. Broad mix of law firm, in-house counsel, and hands-on business management experience.

Expertise. Legal and regulatory compliance matters relevant to commercial real estate, including investment structures, tax issues and 1031 Exchanges. Provide a unique blend of law firm, in-house counsel, and hands-on business management experience, adding further depth and breadth of real estate investment knowledge to the Eliason executive team, directly benefiting investors.

Education. Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Washington; JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
