Current responsibilities. Oversee real estate transaction structuring, commercial real estate investment analysis, negotiations and due diligence of all acquisitions; develop proprietary acquisition criteria; generate, procure and underwrite the real estate investment opportunity.

Professional experience. Twenty-four years investment and management experience in office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets in most major U.S. markets and Puerto Rico. Experience as an asset manager for Invesco Real Estate responsible for a diverse portfolio with a market value of over $500 million.

Expertise. In-depth experience in acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, development, finance and financial analysis. Integral in the development of Eliason's proprietary acquisition criteria leading to the procurement of quality multifamily properties.

Education. Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, with a double major in Real Estate and Urban Land Development and Finance.
